Thomas J. Kilday, Jr.

Thomas J. Kilday, Jr. has been named director of emergency services at the Rhode
Island chapter of the American Red Cross in Providence. He will responsible for
all aspects of Red Cross disaster operations, including local fire house response
across the state, weather-related emergencies (including shelters), and larger-scale
national or regional operations that may occur in Rhode Island and the surrounding
areas. Kilday is a trained paramedic and has participated in the U.S. Department
of Justice-TOPOFF National Terrorism Simulation. He previously served as emergency
management director for the Town of West Greenwich, where he resides.
