Carl S. Sivo has been appointed program director at Executive Service Corps of New England in Rumford. He will manage the Boston-based Executive Service Corps’ activities for the state. Previously he held various managerial positions at FM Global in Johnston. Sivo holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Providence College and a master’s from the University of Connecticut. He is a board member of the Warwick Shelter and has served on and chaired several allocations committees for United Way of Southeastern New England. He is a resident of Narragansett.
