Noris Castillo has been named operations manager at NYLO Providence/ Warwick Hotel. In her new position, she will be responsible for the training and supervision of staff attendants, as well as handling the day-to-day activities of the operations department. Previously, Castillo worked at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods, where she played a role in the opening of the hotel. &#8226
