Odette Marra has been named vice president of CRA and retail loan operations manager at Bank Rhode Island. Marra will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the bank’s CRA compliance program. She will also be responsible for providing oversight for all lending operations, including consumer, small-business and mortgage-lending groups. She has more than 25 years of experience in consumer and mortgage banking. •
