Pam Blais, of East Greenwich-based Gencorp Insurance Group, has achieved the personal lines professional insurance designation of accredited customer service representative by the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island. The designation is awarded to those that have passed five national insurance exams covering the majority of personal lines insurance contracts. Blais lives in Coventry.
