Patrick A. Rogers has been named partner at Edwards & Angell in Providence. He joined the firm in 1997 as part of the corporate department. Rogers focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, buyout financings, private equity investments and stockholder control. He has a bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross and a law degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus Law School.
