Paul Howard was recently promoted to senior vice president/director group credit transactions at Citizens Bank. He had been a senior credit officer for Citizens Bank of Rhode Island. He is now responsible for company-wide corporate loan requests. Originally from Manchester, England, Howard is a resident of Barrington. He graduated from the Bolton Institute of Higher Education in Bolton, England and qualified as an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London in 1987.
