Paula Mottshaw has been promoted to manager of communications and creative services at Quality Partners. In her new role, Mottshaw is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the organization’s external relations, marketing and creative efforts. She will also oversee the Web site and corporate branding, as well as manage the contact list database. She has a B.S. from Rhode Island College. •
