Phillip Cole has been appointed jurisdictional services manager for the Boston operations of FM Global. He joined FM Global in 2001 as a loss prevention consultant. Cole will now be responsible for training the loss prevention engineers who inspect boilers and pressure vessels for the company’s clients. Cole previously held similar positions in the U.S. Navy, Hartford Steam Boiler and Chubb Group of Insurance Cos. •
