Rachel Voss has been named a health information technology practice specialist and program coordinator for Quality Partners of Rhode Island. She joined Quality Partners in 2008 as a research intern while pursuing a master’s degree in public health from Brown University. Voss is now responsible for tracking, measuring and reporting data, as well as helping to optimize the use of electronic health records. •
