Ramón Serrano has been named assistant front office manager at Castle Hill Inn & Resort. He will be responsible for the hiring, training, and development of valet and front desk staff; managing guest requests and ensuring satisfaction, as well as assisting with the creation of annual budgets and as well as spearheading Castle Hill’s campaign to offer romantic opportunities for its guests. He has a B.A. in economics and history from the University of North Carolina.
