Ray K. Phillips has been named vice president and operations manager of FM Global’s Boston operations. He will be responsible for client service and property loss prevention services for clients in New England and upstate New York. Phillips has a B.A. in electrical engineering technology from Southern Institute of Technology and a B.A. in business administration from West Georgia College.
