Raymond Fiske has been named chef de cuisine for NYLO Providence/ Warwick Hotel and the hotel’s restaurant and lounge, The Loft. Prior to his new role, Fiske was banquet chef at Quidnessett Country Club and worked at Foxwoods Casino, first as master cook at the Veranda Café, then as sous chef at Foxwoods Golf & Country Club. •
