Robert B. Gardner has joined commercial and residential real estate developer Churchill & Banks, Ltd. of Providence as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He will manage the company’s real estate development portfolio, including arranging for project financing and coordinating its joint venture activities. He was formerly employed as region manager for structured finance at GE Capital Real Estate’s Boston office. Gardner received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his master’s degree in taxation from Bryant College. He is a certified public accountant and licensed Massachusetts real estate broker. He resides in Lincoln.
