Richard A. Plotkin, chairman of Rooney, Plotkin & Willey LLP of Newport, was a featured speaker at the Southern New England Economic Summit and Outlook at Foxwoods Resort and Casino. He is the chair of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee. Plotkin focused on creative opportunities for growing our regional infrastructure. He spoke about what the transportation committee has done to support the development of TF Green Airport.
