Richard H. Leclerc has been appointed chair of Pawtucket Credit Union’s supervisory committee, where he has served since 1999. He is president and CEO of Gateway Healthcare, Mental Health Services of Cranston, Johnston and Northwestern Rhode Island and the Community Counseling Center of Pawtucket. Leclerc is also treasurer of the RI Council of Community Mental Health Organizations and a member of the Rotary Club of Pawtucket. He and his family are residents of North Smithfield.
