Richard Meringolo has been named executive vice president and director of Citizens Financial Group’s Global Restructuring Group. Meringolo joined the company in 2009 after serving as managing director and partner at Crystal Capital Fund Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including private equity, loan origination, risk management and commercial-
