Rick Des Roches has joined Blackstone Caterers as sous chef. He is responsible for much of the hands-on cooking as well as preparing varying menus at each event. Des Roches had worked as chef de cuisine at Raphael’s Bar Risto where he was responsible for all aspects of kitchen management. He organized and executed menus for the “Great American Chef” series for the James Beard Foundation n 2000 and 2001. Des Roches is a graduate of Bristol Community College. He is a resident of Bristol.
