Robb DeSimone has been named business manager and catering director for Amos House Works, the business arm of local nonprofit Amos House. He will oversee the More Than a Meal catering business and Friendship Café while managing Amos Culinary Education graduates. DeSimone has 30 years of experience in restaurant operations and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. •
