Robert Eubank has been named executive director of the Northeast Human Resources Association. In addition to human resources, he has experience with business management, legal services, information systems, operations and strategic planning. Eubank served as president of Swift Murdock and was chief administrative officer of Logica Inc. He holds a B.A. from Colgate University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
