Robert H. Zemko has been promoted to senior vice president/deputy director of consumer finance corporate risk management at Citizens Bank. He joined Citizens in 1989, as a collector in consumer counseling, and was promoted to vice president of collections and recovery in 1993. Zemko is now responsible for credit oversight and guidance of all products originated in or held by the Consumer Finance Division.
