Robert Juchem joins Equity Concepts Incorporated as call center manager. He is responsible for ensuring that service levels are met, increasing overall business, maintaining staffing levels and training new hires within the call center department. Juchem most recently worked as a freelance fiber optic consultant. He served in the United States Air Force from 1972-1981 as a missile system technician. Juchem earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his master’s degree Webster College in St. Louis, Mo.
