Robert P. Millen, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Southcoast Hospitals Group, has been awarded a fellowship by the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a diplomat for the American Hospital Association and the American College of Health Care Marketing. Millen serves as chairman of the board for the New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce. He earned a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees from the University of Toledo.
