Ron Jordan has been named dean of the University of Rhode Island’s College of Pharmacy. Previously, Jordan served as president of American Pharmacists Association and is a founder of numerous health care firms. He has served as interim dean of the college for almost two years. He will work to build public-private research partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, among other goals. •
