Roy Vicente has been promoted to vice president at Citizens Bank. Vicente joined Citizen’s Bank in 2006 as an assistant vice president in the operational risk management department. He has also worked for Fleet Boston Financial and Textron Financial. Vicente has a B.S. in accounting from Rhode Island College and is pursuing an MBA. He has also completed the Fleet Boston Credit Program. •
