Sandra J. Radcliffe has been named executive vice president of finance and administration at The Providence Journal. A 28-year employee of The Journal, she will continue to serve as the company’s chief financial officer and has added the responsibilities of noneditorial administrative matters. She is the president of The Providence Journal Charities. Radcliffe has a B.S. in accounting from Providence College. •
