Scott Bragdon has been named vice president / director of human resources for Citizens Services Group. He previously worked at State Street Corporation in Quincy, Mass. as vice president of human resources. Bragdon is a member of the Human Resource Management Group in Boston. He also serves on the Suffolk University MBA Advisory board. Bragdon earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and his master’s degree from Suffolk University. He is a resident of Norfolk, Mass.
