Scott Sheppard has joined the Westerly Credit Union as assistant branch manager for a new office located in South Kingstown. He will assist in all branch operations, staffing and member needs. He has a B.A. in media arts and a minor in philosophy from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. •
