Sean D. Donegan has been named senior vice president, finance and treasury of Bank Rhode Island in Providence. He was formerly vice president, senior business analyst. Donegan manages the balance sheet reporting and analysis group, treasury and profitability systems and provides financial reporting and data management. He has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
