Shannon Massaroco has been promoted to finance-contracts coordinator at Quality Partners. She will be responsible for the coordination, administration, monitoring, tracking and documentation of contracts, grants, subcontracts and consulting agreements within the organization. She will administer the daily operational aspects of contracts and grants and manage the proposal development process. •
