Shelby Linton has been promoted to officer/branch manager of Citizens Bank’s Woonsocket office. He had been assistant manager of the Park Avenue office in Cranston. Linton is a committee member of the Northern Rhode Island Community Mental Health Center and the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce. Linton is a member of the Toastmasters Club and the Woonsocket Rotary Club. A resident of Seekonk, he is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
