Stephanie A. Blanchard has been named marketing director of Merchants Overseas Inc. She will help grow the business by developing and implementing marketing, branding and social media strategies. Previously, Blanchard was a copywriter at Hasbro Inc. She is the founder of B Savvy Communications. She has an M.A. in communication studies from the University of Rhode Island and a B.A. in professional writing from the Pennsylvania State University. •
