Stephen E. Russell was appointed vice president, commercial lending for The Washington Trust Company. He handles a commercial portfolio and develops new accounts, focusing on Kent County and the surrounding market area. Russell serves on the development committee for Community Prep School and the expansion project committee for the Bradley School. He is a member of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and the South Kingstown Lions Club. Russell lives in Wakefield.
