Stephen J. Craven has been appointed a senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He is currently a relationship manager in the Commercial Banking department, managing portfolios for for-profit and nonprofit clients in Rhode Island. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, Craven was a president at Caritas Inc. He holds a B.A. in history from Rhode Island College and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. •
