Stephen R. Silberfarb has joined the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island as executive vice president. He comes from Minnesota, where he headed the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and the Dakotas. In his new position, Silberfarb will help lead the state’s largest Jewish fundraising and planning organization, which serves both Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
