Stephen Zubiago has been appointed to the board of Quality Partners of Rhode Island. Zubiago is business and finance department head and partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, where he practices in the areas of health services, insurance, government relations and public policy and health care transactions. He chairs the R.I. Governor’s Insurance Council and is local counsel to Property and Casualty Insurer Association of America. •
