Steven J. King has been named chief operating officer of Quonset Development Corporation in North Kingstown. He was previously director of construction services at QDC. King has experience in private and public sectors with planning, engineering, design and construction of infrastructure projects as well as technical, administrative and supervisory work on land development. He lives in North Kingstown.
