Steven Loffredo has been promoted to vice president of human resources at Village
Retirement Communities. He had been director of human resources. Loffredo
is responsible for management of the company’s corporate human resource programs,
policies and procedures including compensation, recruitment, staff training
and orientation, and workers’ compensation. He has a bachelor’s degree and master’s
degree from the University of Rhode Island and lives with his family in Rumford.
