Steven W. Tilley has been named to the board of trustees for St. Elizabeth Community. Tilley is managing director for SMT Capital LLC. He was the president and founder of Retail Store Systems Inc., and president and co-founder of Visual Retailing LLC. Currently, Tilley serves on the boards of Cornerstone Adult Services, Family Charitable Organization, North Kingstown Food Pantry Board and Boys & Girls Club of Warwick. •
