Sue Glass has been named sales associate at Residential Properties Ltd. in its East Greenwich office. Previously, Glass served as customer service, operations and revenue manager at the Hertz Corporation for more than 20 years. In the customer service industry, Glass had the opportunity to meet and work with a variety of clientele and earned the Hertz CEO Customer Service Award in 2008. •
