Susan Ann Whitney has been named vice president and director of the not-for-profit group in Citizens Bank’s Investment Management Services department. She joined Citizens from BayBank, where she was vice president in the corporate banking division. Whitney has a B.S. in accounting and a MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
