Tammy Summiel has been appointed administrator of the Villa at Saint Antoine assisted-living facility. Previously, she served as director of the center’s certified nursing-assistant training and career-laddering program, TEAMhealth. Summiel holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Rhode Island and is licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut. •
