Teno West has been appointed treasurer of the Design-Build Institute of America’s New England chapter. West is partner at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC. He leads the law firm’s Municipal Infrastructure Team. In his practice, West represents government agencies in areas including drafting legislation for alternative procurements and design-build and design-build-operate projects. •
