Terrence Allen has been named senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He will serve as head of commercial real estate finance within Citizens’ Global Restructuring Group. Allen began his banking career in 1979 at Columbus National Bank and has held various roles in risk assessment and management, merger transactions, real estate lending, real estate workout and lease workout and collections. •
