Thomas Busch, president of Cumberland-based Phase II Technologies Inc., has been re-certified on Timeslips 2004, a time billing software program. He was trained in the installation, implementation and best uses of the software. New features enable the software to be used in conjunction with e-mail, mobile devices, the Web and other products. Busch has maintained his certification since 1993.
