Thomas O’Grady has been named vice president / director of internal communications for Citizens Financial Group Inc. He manages the bank’s internal communications department and serves as managing editor of the corporate newsletter, Citizens Today. O’Grady previously directed the internal communications initiative at Bay State Gas Company in Westborough, Mass. He is a member of the council on communications management. O’Grady is a resident of Norton, Mass.
