Thomas P. Fay has been named chief investment officer and director of wealth management services at Citizens Bank. He will oversee sales, investments and private banking within the wealth management unit and be responsible for investment strategy and products. Fay will play a key role in growing the business in New England and other key markets. Previously, Fay served as managing director of private wealth management at US Trust. •
