Thomas P. Fay has joined Citizens Financial Group Inc. as chief investment officer and director of wealth management services. He will oversee Citizens’ wealth-management business unit including sales, investments and private banking. He is responsible for managing the unit’s investment strategy and products. Fay has a B.A. from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. •
