Thomas W. Quinlan Jr. has joined Bank Rhode Island as assistant vice president, manager of the bank’s Turk’s Head branch in Providence. His duties include the delivery of quality customer service, achievement of sales goals, business development, staff training, community involvement and overall operations of the branch. Quinlan previously worked as manager/officer of the in-store branch in Warwick for Citizens Bank. He earned an associate’s degree from the Community College of Rhode Island. Quinlan is a resident of Coventry.
