Thomas Wikiera has been named mortgage loan officer at The Washington Trust Co. He is responsible for originating mortgage financing for residential properties in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. Wikiera has more than 25 years of mortgage lending experience and has held positions as a vice president and branch manager in the industry. He has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island. •
